What is vintage?

The word vintage means "of age” We sell items that have lots of lives, circular, 3 potential lives. Recycled. Becoming coveted, New life.  

 

How do I know if a piece of vintage clothing will fit me?

We take the utmost care to ensure we are providing you with as much information about our items as possible before uploading them to our website. We measure everything laying flat. To calculate the size in inches for yourself you should then double that measurement.

Measuring yourself prior to purchasing is highly recommended to know if the piece will fit you. Knowing your waist, bust, and hip measurements can help determine if a piece will fit you. If you would like to make an appointment to try on our clothing please send us an email at shop@serpentinesalvage.com and we can get you set up with a shopping time. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please be advised, there are no holds on clothing items, we abide by a first come first serve basis and an item may be purchased off our website or in store prior to coming in. 

 

Do you accept returns/exchanges? 

We do not accept returns or exchanges. We truly take the best care photograph, package, and ship our items to show the items character and condition. We cannot stress enough that vintage items are not without history, which can include signs of age, wear, etc. If you have any questions about an item before purchasing please e-mail us at shop@serpentinesalvage.com. Thanks so much for your understanding and cooperation.
