COVID Safety Policy

Due to COVID-19 In person shopping is limited to by appointment only during the week and weekend store hours are posted on Instagram. Please contact us to set up a time to shop. Shoppers must wear a mask upon entry. Hand sanitizer will be provided at the door. 

We are currently taking online orders via our website & Instagram and shipping in the US. We truly appreciate every purchase and hope to provide you with eclectic and interesting pieces that accentuate your personal style. 

It is extremely important to us to provide a safe shopping experience for both our staff and our customers. 

Shipping Policy 

We utilize Shopify's standard shipping options as well as a pickup option for local customers. Our shipping is limited to within the US. If an item arrives damaged then you must share photos of the packaging and all the damage ASAP. We take every precaution when the item leaves our care as these are beautiful vintage pieces we cherish as our very own.

 

Special Items Policy 

There are some items that we are unable to ship due to size, fragility or a combination of both. For these reasons, some items are Local Pickup Only. 

Return Policy

We truly take the best care photograph, package, and ship our items to show the items character and condition. We cannot stress enough that vintage items are not without history, which can include signs of age, wear, etc. If you have any questions about an item before purchasing please e-mail us at shop@serpentinesalvage.com. Thanks so much for your understanding and cooperation.
